Who are you and what are you doing here? (what is your name, what is the band and what is your role in the band?)

I’m Adam, I sing and play rhythm guitar in the group Deaf Rhino.

How did the band start?

Myself and Bobby (lead guitar) have been friends for years, we put a message in a bottle at the Jersey shore that we needed a bass player and a drummer..who would have thought two dudes from my hometown that I’m friends with would find that very bottle?

How would you describe your band?

Like a Choo Choo train powered up on Nerds (the delicious candy) headed into an orgy with a ton of smoking hot rocker chicks.

If you had to choose one song you’ve written that best defines your band which one would it be?

The Water (track 5 on the LP) covers us pretty well. Groove, heavy, catchy and lyrical depth.

In this day and age where anyone is pretty much able to pick up an instrument, what would you say sets your band apart from the rest?

We are working to be the best damn rock band in the world.

Where are people able to hear your songs?

Nowhere yet – album drops in May but go to our instagram @deafrhino or facebook.com/deafrhino

Are you playing any shows anytime soon (if you live outside of Australia, do you have any plans for a trip down under)?

I actually spent 6 months living in Sydney and studying at Macquarie Uni – we’re working hard to get out to Europe and Australia. We think when we release this album we will be able to start planning our trip to the Oz.

What is your proudest moment/greatest achievement as a band?

Making our own luck.

Tell us 3 bands that we should be listening to/be keeping an eye out for?
J Roddy Walston and The Business
Charlie Sheen and the One and a half men
Turbowolf from the UK is pretty dope too

Anything Else you’d like to add? We appreciate you chatting with us.

Do you have any mustard?
