Oceanics – ‘The City’

If this warm weather hasn’t been a big enough reminder that Summer is just around the corner, Then Oceanics’ new single ‘The City’ will definitely make you feel the warmth. With a catchy pop riff played through over driven guitars and a melodically memorable chorus “I’m in the City” you can picture everyone singing whilst throwing off their school uniforms and heading to the gold coast for schoolies.

With a sound reminiscent of The Strokes and a whole lot of originality, Oceanics have set the tone for not only summer but for their new album which is due out in March 2013.
